The terminal

The terminal is included.

A best-in-class dual-screen terminal, configured for your brand before it ships. The counter, the kitchen, the delivery apps and the customer screen run on one device. Payments settle next day. Setup takes hours, not weeks.

Dual-screen

Your brand on the customer screen.

The customer-facing screen carries your logo, your colors and your rewards program. The customer sees the order, the tip prompt and the total, and taps to pay.

Staff work on the other side with the Master Menu, modifiers and the order queue. Two screens, one transaction.

Delivery

Uber Eats, DoorDash and GrubHub in the same queue.

Delivery orders arrive on the terminal next to counter orders. No tablet wall. The kitchen sees one queue. Menu changes and 86ing reach the delivery apps from the same publish.

Delivery sales count toward royalties like every other sale, because they are on the same platform.

The kitchen screen

One queue on the kitchen screen.

Counter, delivery apps and online orders land on the same kitchen display, in the order they came in. The cook bumps a ticket when it is ready and the counter sees it at once.

Open tickets and average time stay on the screen, so the shift lead knows before the customer asks.

Cash & Zelle

Every sale is a sale, whatever the tender.

Cash and Zelle are recorded at the terminal with the same detail as a card. The daily close balances the drawer against the record. Royalties are calculated on all of it.

Card deposits arrive the next business day, with a settlement report that matches the bank.

New units

A new store is live in hours.

Every brand has a template: menu, roles, receipts, customer screen, delivery integrations. A new unit is created from the template, the terminal ships configured, and the store sells from day one on the menu headquarters approved.

The same template keeps the network consistent as it grows.
